With 188 sites worldwide Kingspan is a global leading employer. We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager Kingspan TEK Building System to join our team.

The Product Manager role:

As the Product Manager Kingspan TEK Building System you will be generating opportunities through specification of the TEK Building System and tracking these opportunities using all resources available. You will be developing relationships with the existing Delivery Partners and develop new opportunities through customer communications to maximise favourable exposure of the company, its products and its services.

You will be involved in promoting the TEK Building System to Specifiers, Consultants, Main Contractors, Design teams, Architects and Engineers at all levels to assist in creating TEK specifications.

Responsibilities of our Product Manager:

- Accountable for the sales budget and the formulation of the annual business plans/strategy and 3 year plan.
- Initiate, develop and manage sales activities to support business objectives.
- Responsible for customer communication to maximise business relationships and ensure maximum favourable exposure of the company, its products and services.
- Generate specifications for the TEK Building System, taking ownership of planning, managing, tracking and conversion of opportunities.
- Undertake regular project tracking meetings with Delivery Partners within your area. Provide/Receive Feedback to/from the Delivery Partners on opportunities.
- For the up keep of CRM, ensuring information is up to date and accurate.

What we are looking for in our Product Manager:

- Proven Sales and Account Development experience.
- Experienced within a similar background; ideally familiar with selling into or within the construction industry.
- Experienced within the Off-Site Market.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual.
- Proven ability to exceed targets.
- Ability to be a good team player, have an out-going, adaptable personality.
- Full driving license valid in the UK.
- Able to travel and work away from home.
- Presentation skills.
- IT Literate.
- Good level of education
- Understanding of the Construction process and general building engineering

Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit:

- Understanding of Off-Site construction/Timber Frame/SIPS
