Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a major player in the manufacturing sector. They specialise in offering a range of lighting solutions, typically including commercial, industrial, and residential sector. They are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their team in Ashton-under-Lyne.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the product life cycle and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of our product offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the entire product life cycle, from initial concept through to product launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure product success.
- Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Developing detailed product requirements and specifications.
- Monitoring product performance and implementing improvements based on customer feedback and analytics.
- Managing product budgets and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of the product life cycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with market research and data analysis.
- Strong project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
