£50,000-£60,000 salary + benefits

Our favourite clients in the midlands are on the hunt for a permanent Product Manager to join a newly created division, to innovated and maximise there physical retail line of products.

The role:

Managing the whole retail product range and all associated areas that connect into this - understanding customer needs / aligning decisions within the overall company strategy / building key supplier relationships and responsible for how they take key products and categories to market.

Must haves:

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to help develop the product road map and strategy
• Demonstrable experience of Supplier management including contract negotiation and management
• Experience in a Product Manager role, with demonstrable experience of building, leading and delivering Categories and products end to end
• Using consumer insights and competitor knowledge to innovate unique strategies
• Ability to make category decisions on growing, maintaining and exiting product lines.
