Role Summary: The Product Manager EMEA will be instrumental in defining the strategic direction of our product portfolio. Depending on your experience, you will lead a talented team of senior product experts. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of customer and market needs. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, ensuring our products are aligned with market demands and customer expectations. Cradle-to-grave lifecycle management and roadmaps at the platform level.

Category level profitability objectives.

Product information management.

Responsibility for both global and local products customization.

Competitive analysis.

This role reports directly to the Marketing Director, EMEA, providing strategic insights and leadership in product development and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategic plans for product development and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Lead and mentor a team of product experts (depending on experience), fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving the product from concept to market with a focus on customer, market, and product fit.

Undertake thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Champion the implementation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) processes, ensuring products meet quality, compliance, and market-fit criteria.

Engage actively in customer interaction and market analysis to validate product fit and identify new opportunities.

Oversee product lifecycle, including introduction, growth, profitability, maturity, and decline stages, ensuring strategic management at each phase.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in product management within the sanitary industry or manufacturing sector, with a strong focus on market and customer fit.

Experienced in implementing and managing PLCM in a product development environment.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management.

Technical expertise, coupled with strategic and analytical problem-solving skills.

Process-driven, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

Willingness to travel as per business needs.
