Headquartered in Edinburgh but with clients spread across the UK, ESS Recruit s client is a fast growing and highly ambitious Health and Safety (HSE) engineered products business. Their core technology helps analyse a range of potential medical conditions for workers in heavy industries and construction. Their brand-new product range recently launched offers proximity sensing HSE technology amongst a range of applications. They now need to make the key hire of a Product Manager to join their management team.
Reporting to the Sales Director, as Product Manager you will support international expansion and product development efforts, with occasional travel for field-based engagement with customers.
This opportunity will involve a broad spectrum of responsibilities in a fast paced, customer facing environment. Working with a global network of channel partners, you will be responsible for introducing new features, formulating product feedback, supporting with training, and liaising with a cross functional team to drive the product roadmap, continuous improvement, and all aspects of product management. You will have an unparalleled technical understanding of the application of the product and the value it brings to end users. You will be responsible for transforming the international channels and key accounts by establishing trusted relationships with stakeholders, developing and executing bespoke training programmes and delivering on their support needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support channel partner development to accelerate international growth.
- Build strong working and strategic relationships with channel partners sales and technical teams, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor for current product
- Deliver product presentations and virtual training to international end users
- Develop successful international and key account onboarding expansion programmes
- Ensure requirements specifications meet the requirements of the end user experience
- Liaise with engineering team to prioritise platform enhancements and product development
- Ensure the company delivers exceptional channel management
- Become a SME on the application of the offering, understanding the end user experience
- Be the voice of the market on feature development and technology roadmap prioritisation
- Help develop effective user guide collateral
- Help develop regional and industry specific marketing and customer support collateral.
- Work closely with a cross functional team from sales, training, marketing, customer support and engineering
