About The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join us in the Denplan product space – to solve problems and deliver value to our customers and the business. Reporting into the Head of Product, you’ll lead a squad of developers and QAs to deliver on a key area of the Product strategy; and also work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure that the products are technically feasible, viable and usable.
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with business objectives
- Manage the product roadmap and communicate product plans, statuses and issues to stakeholders
- Define and prioritise initiatives and features based on customer needs, business objectives and technical feasibility
- Work with Engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, in order to deliver incremental value to our customers
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Engineering, Product Design, Marketing and Sales to ensure successful product launches
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs in product development
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunity and competitive threats
About You
To be considered, you'll have:
- Substantial experience working in Product in a tech company
- Some experience of developing a regulated product (e.g. FCA or MHRA)
- Experience of working cross-functionally with colleagues in Engineering, Design and Data
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working with a range of people.
- Confident communication skills - presenting, actively listening and delivering reports and product documentation.
- Data-driven – confidence using data to understand and prioritise problems to solve.
- Product-led mindset of experimentation and iteration.
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience within healthcare or FinTech
- Experience working through transformation and change in larger organisations
- Coaching and mentoring skills.
- £55,000 - £65,000
