Key information
We are currently working with a hybrid working model, where there is the option of working from home combined with 4-12 days a month of working in the office.
About this role
With mental health in the spotlight, this is a key time for us to make a significant impact on young people’s mental health and expand our audience of young people, adults and professionals. As our organisation and reach grows, we are now looking for our first Product Manager to join our amazing team.
Every month, the YoungMinds website provides thousands of young people with vital support and advice for their mental health. As Product Manager you will be responsible for managing the YoungMinds website and delivering it’s strategy, ensuring that the website provides the best user experience possible for our three core audiences: young people, parents and professionals.
You will identify and define the website vision, objectives and roadmap, with the support of the Digital Communications Manager and other key stakeholders across YoungMinds.
You will join a collaborative and creative digital communications team, working closely with them and our website agency to execute the shared vision.
You will manage the requests and needs of internal stakeholders, working with other teams in the organisation to scope out website priorities and development and ensure they are aligned around the vison for the website.
As the first Product Manager role at YoungMinds, you will work closely with the Product Lead and be part of the wider community of people managing product across YoungMinds, inputting into how product management and a product approach could work for the organisation.
