Role Overview: As a Product Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to drive the development and validation of flexible and scalable test and measurement solutions. The role is based in Edinburgh, Belfast, or Stevenage, offering the opportunity to contribute to technology advancement while enjoying the flexibility of working from any of the UK offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and align with strategic objectives to deliver products leveraging technical expertise.
• Identify and articulate the current and future needs of users, driving solution development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects for maximum value.
• Manage product development scope, time-to-market, cost, and quality considerations.
• Act as a key contributor in communicating the value of solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the company at global promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Track and articulate key data and metrics for engineering, manufacturing, and management.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of target markets such as 4G, 5G Mobile Networks, and Datacoms infrastructure.
• Multiple years' experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Ability to conduct efficient discovery sessions with users.
• Strong technology/engineering background (degree or equivalent work experience).
• Clear communicator with decision-making skills.
• 25% of the role involves worldwide business travel.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of technologies like Ethernet/IP, monitoring systems, and open/disaggregated network architectures.
• Previous experience in the communications test and measurement industry.
• Familiarity with companies in the telecoms/datacoms ecosystems.
