SalaryOne of our market leading clients in the Bridgend area, is looking to recruit a Product Manager to joint their senior management team. The main role would be to support the management of the product portfolio, through the entire lifecycle to achieve sales and profit growth targets whilst driving market share.
The main responsibilities will be as follow: Identify market needs and gaps in our product area; develop and implement product line strategies and growth plans; constantly monitor market evolution and competition; determine product positioning for optimal market share; advise on pricing strategy; support the new product development and innovation; follow market and technology trends to identify opportunities; maintain an overview of the required industry standards and regulations for the products; develop marketing and communication content for products in collaboration with Marketing Team; provide the sales team with sales tools, and answer product related questions; ensure that data is correct on the ERP system together with Design; devise and carry out internal training modules; attend industry events, seminars, conferences and exhibitions; take a lead role in the planning and design of exhibition materials and assist with stand manning as required.
10% bonus of annual salary, plus company package will be sent through with the full job specification.
