Where do you fit in?
As the Product Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to set up a brand new Product Operations function 0-1. Reporting directly into our Head of Strategy and Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling strategic decision-making, streamlining processes, and fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration across the full product development lifecycle. Engaging with stakeholders across product, technology, data and operations, you will be focused on delivering exceptional value to our customers in this fast-paced environment.

What do you need to succeed?
- Proven track record as a Product or Product Operations Manager with high emotional intelligence to navigate a changing business landscape
- Evangelize Product Operations as a force multiplier across Checkatrade, demonstrating value and impact as we transition to operating as a product-centric organisation!
- Deep understanding of the product life-cycle and a bias towards a test-and-learn approach,
- The ability to define vision and outcomes through strategic partnerships with cross functional stakeholders
- Demonstrable ability to implement change at pace to accelerate strategic, data driven decision making
- Data oriented mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data to achieve optimal outcomes
- 2 sided market-place experience would be beneficial
