My client is a motivated and well-established software company that provides an effective service to its specialist market sector throughout the UK and into Europe. Their mission is to be both the Technology Partner and Employer of Choice within their specialist area across the UK and Europe.
They are currently looking for a Product Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of the company product development lifecycle. You will work closely with a dynamic team of 40+ product, design, and user experience experts to enhance the overall business products, projects and services.
Product Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimisation: Enhance product development processes, manage risks, standardise workflows, and update documentation.
- Tool Management: Research, implement, and promote product management tools, ensure smooth integrations, and provide training.
- Data & Analytics: Define key metrics, analyse data, and translate insights into strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate team collaboration and oversee product launches.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, implement efficient tools, and foster a culture of ongoing improvement within the team.

This is a Product Operations Manager role that offers a great opportunity to play a pivotal role across exciting products and projects. for personal and professional progression. The Head of Product role offers a salary of up to £73,000, as well as excellent benefits. The company is based in Worcester and are in the office 1-2x per week.
