They need to meet the evolving needs of their users whilst re-architecting and re-coding the systems. This is a new role, and you will work very closely with their highly experienced development team and the Managing Director.Duties:* Working alongside the development team, commercial teams and Managing Director to shape the product roadmap* Managing the product backlog, schedule and lead meetings to maintain momentum, report on status and identify issues and fixes for projects* Nurture ideas and solutions to existing user problems* Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals* Be the owner of specific roadmap workstreams seeing them through from inception to completion and rollout into production* Work closely with all functions across the business and the client throughout the development process* Be available, on occasion, to support the team to ensure their needs are fully taken into accountCandidate Requirements:* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a successful Product Owner in the ecommerce software industry* Solid experience of the end-to-end transactional business, ideally in a compliance led organisation* Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Successful track record of delivering within deadlines* Excellent attention to detail* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills* Creative and innovative thinker
