We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner focusing on Customer Identify Access Management to help a global company deliver, implement and rollout a new system into the organisation.
In this position, your main responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deploy a new CIAM system globally. You will need to ensure that the product delivers maximum business value while building solid relationships with stakeholders, both technical and business. One of the critical aspects of this role will be to capture and prioritise the backlog, ensuring that the product features and functionality are delivered and maintained throughout its lifecycle.
In this area, you’ll work in a cross-functional team alongside testers, developers, business analysts and scrum masters.
What You Bring:
- Experienced in customer journeys and rollout of CIAM solutions like Okta, Ping or ForgeRock.
- User lifecycle management - automation of provisioning and de-provisioning process.
- Identity Management - central directory for managing user identities. E xperience liaising with stakeholders to understand their needs, propose solutions, and translate these for other members of the Squad.
- Ideally, experience in agile requirements techniques, including Personas, Story Mapping, Product Roadmaps and Backlog Management.
- Ideally, experience in Agile software development – working in a?team-oriented and collaborative environment,?encouraging the adoption and continuous improvement of practices.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including international clients.
