Product Owner/Business Analyst - Digital Services
Location: Oxford - required to be onsite 2 days per week
Are you passionate about driving digital innovation? A customer-facing, Product Owner/Business Analyst with 1-2 years experience working with digital platforms/digital services is required by a global organisation in Oxford. As the Product Owner/Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technological solutions and will closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include managing and optimising digital platforms, resolving customer impact issues, and providing subject matter expertise in projects. You will serve as the interface between business and technology teams, translating requirements into actionable deliverables, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring smooth operations post-project completion.
Along with proven experience in managing digital platforms and services, as a Product Owner/Business Analyst you will also have the following:

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations.
- Ability to provide reasoning behind decisions and effectively prioritize tasks.
Interview Process:
The interview process consists of two stages:
1) An initial chat with the Hiring Manager
2) A detailed task and competency-based interview onsite with the Hiring Manager and technical expert, focusing on your expertise and experience in digital platforms.
