Job Description
Our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) portfolio is a powerhouse collection of consumer-first brands, supported by media industry leaders, Comcast, NBCUniversal and Sky. Primary focus
Provide strategic product partnership and relationship management between Peacock Commerce Product and Showmax.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and key liaison between Showmax business partners and the Peacock Commerce Product org
- Help inform Showmax business strategy from a Commerce product perspective
- Understand, influence and manage Showmax requests and expectations
- Partner with Commerce Product Managers to inform and align roadmap priorities and timelines
- Oversee the Showmax commerce feature intake and collaborate with stakeholders to provide RICE scoring inputs and business valuation
- Continuously engage with Showmax stakeholders, ensuring we are meeting strategic product and business objectives
- Maintain fluid communication and alignment between parties
- Build rapport and earn trust
Qualifications
- Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills with the ability to develop and maintain solid relationships
- Clear communication and comprehensive documentation skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain flexible
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize multiple business requests
- Self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to problem-solve and think orthogonally
- Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience in account or partner management within an agency, consultancy or client-side organization
- Experience with OTT streaming or other digital subscription products a plus
- Background in global product expansion and multi-region/multi-language products a plus
- Previous experience with African-based business partners/clients a plus
