The Role:
Due to our ongoing growth, and requirements to serve clients at an enterprise level, we are looking to hire a Product Specialist, to join our Practice of Law GTM division, helping drive the sales of, and retention of clients of, Lexology PRO. Once trained, the Product Specialist will have an in-depth knowledge of the product and how it can be of benefit to users. They will work closely with prospective customers during their Proof of Value period, providing expert advice on best use and value release.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Lexology PRO (UI and API applications are) presented in the best light with new and existing customers globally
- Deliver product demos to demonstrate how Lexology PRO can help them deliver meaningful and rapid improvements in their organization. This includes demo preparation, delivery and following up questions
- Work with Sales/Product teams to deliver successful API Proof of Values and manage live projects from assessment to implementation
- Understand the individual use cases, review requirements and needs of each prospect during the API Proof of Value
- Lead and conduct onsite engagements to understand customer processes, requirements and facilitate architecture / solution discussions.
- Work with prospective clients to align their tactical and strategic challenges through implementing the Lexology PRO product across their organisation
- Proactively scope the functional and technical requirements to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and LBR.
- In conjunction with LBRs support teams complete RFx documents on behalf of the company

- Seeker of information (internal and external) to help drive the right approach to lead to the right outcomes.
- Knowledge on organization offerings with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Customer focused – excellent understanding of customer needs alongside business drivers and experience of using that knowledge to set priorities, solve operational issues and drive revenue growth.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and action-oriented mindset.
- Some broad knowledge of SaaS/hosting/web technologies and API/file based integration approach would be advantageous but not essential
- It is an advantage to have worked in the Financial Services industry, the Legal industry or a software company in a different industry, but neither are mandatory.
