As a Customer Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive top-notch technical support and assistance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Being part of the Tech Support bigger picture
- Product support & training
- Traveling occasionally to meet customers
- Maintain equipment and records
The right person will come from a B2B support environment and would be great to have experience in.
- Hardware Support
- Communications / Wireless / RF / service desk experience
- Be IT literate in Microsoft office Stack (sharepoint/dynamics ect).
Location: Cambridge, UK and must be in a position to commute daily.
