Our client is looking to recruit a Production Administration to join their team. This role will become permanent after a successful work trail for the right candidate. Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Main Duties
- Ordering production materials and sundries.
- Processing orders and order inputting.
- Producing documentation for the weekly production schedules for the factory.
- Keeping an order reporting system up to date.
- Using Excel extensively.
- Using the company’s manufacturing software.
- Work as part of a team.
- Any other admin duties.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous office experience.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office
- Excel Spreadsheet skills would be a must.
- Previous experience production administration would be an advantage
- Should be able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
Working hours
- 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday
- 8.30am - 4.00pm on a Friday
