Production Administrator

Are you an experienced Production/Manufacturing Administrator?

Do you have an accute attention to detail, and accuracy for production date?

Can you work in Bourne, Lincolnshire on a daily basis?

Following a 2 - 2 - 3 shift pattern working 7am to 7pm

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and address errors, gaps or anomalies in the production data.

Edit and correct any inaccuracies captured by the production team.

Conduct reconciliation of information from reviewed documents to ensure precision and consistency.

Escalate complex data capture errors to the Product Managers.

Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel and other data systems.

Analyse and present production data trends in a clear and comprehensive format.

Guide and train production staff on accurate information recording.

Verify the accuracy of data translation between different sources, such as from data capture and BI.

Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data recording accuracy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data analysis or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
