- Monitoring emails and resolving queries from the sales team
- Work to ensure that all records are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain and update weekly and monthly any required information, sales information, databases, records.
- To process sales orders and sales documentation (manual and electronically) as required to ensure deadlines and compliance are met.
- Previous administration experience.
- IT literate and proficient with using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
