We are an innovative, young food brand who produce award winning dairy-free cheese products. Founded in 2017, Kinda Co. has led the way in creating dairy-free cheese that not only looks and tastes amazing but is good for you and the planet too.
We moved our production from London to Weston in 2021 and are now looking for someone with experience working in food, to come and join our small and friendly team.
Role Description:
We are looking for someone reliable to work in the cheese kitchen and assist with the day to day process of making and distributing our dairy free cheeses. We make a range of 12 different plant-based cheeses and each day is varied. This role will encompass all aspects of production, packaging and distributing our products to shops and customers, in addition to packing customer orders and keeping on top of the necessary paperwork.
As a small, but fast growing, business we are looking for someone with previous relevant kitchen experience who is also happy to muck in with whatever is needed. No two days are the same and it would be great to have someone who would like to stay with us long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production of a range of cheese products, including processing, packaging and distributing orders
- Completion of daily paperwork such as production logs, food safety checks etc.

Key Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience: Chef, catering, restaurant, food manufacturing, etc
- An understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Comfortable using technology
- Food Hygiene Level 2, but training can be provided for the right person.
Salary: £23,800
Work Location: Weston-super-Mare, Southwest UK. We are 2 minutes from the M5 junction, not in central Weston.
