Production Co-ordinator
Construction industry, LE19, Permanent, Mon-Fri 7.30am-4pm
Salary upto: £35,000p/a + free car park + benefits!
My client is looking for a real team player who can bring enthusiasm, co-ordination and a "can do" attitude to all aspects of an after sales production team. Whilst your role will be varied and supporting other departments at times, your main duties are below
Duties
- Allocate jobs daily to x4 Production/Warehouse Operators
- Managing stock checks and dispatching orders
- Liaising with customers regarding orders over the phone/email
- Creating reports using MS Excel and dispatching orders on SAGE
- Identify and report any faults with deliveries
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
- Co-ordination/supervisory skills in a construction/production environment will be a distinct advantage
- Strong Communications skills, both internally and externally, over the phone/email
- Good level of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of SAGE - training will be provided
