Your new role
As Production Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all production targets are met, and that the production process runs smoothly. You will be producing route cards, helping with labelling for the factory floor, assisting with the production scheduling and ensuring machines are performing to the production schedule.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production control/planning. You should have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. You should also be able to work well as part of a team, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
