Job Title: Production Engineer (Transport & Installation)

Hours: Full time working Monday to Friday
Location: Teesside
As the Production Engineer you will be the single point of contact for production, the bridge between tender and execution, bringing your offshore wind experience to the table.
Duties are but not limited to:
- Providing accurate production estimates & competitive logistic concepts. This is built on a sound understanding of installation methods and equipment, ideally gained by first-hand project experience.
- Creating insights in project risks by weather and logistic simulation and providing advice to tenders and projects.
- Actively contributing to the development of our simulation toolset and the ongoing data integration.
- Coordinating with relevant departments, such as Engineering, Operations and Ship Management, Risk & Planning to find the optimal solution.
- Ensuring continuous improvement and providing guidance to companies projects in execution. By regular vessel visits you enable feedback of lessons learned and gain practical knowledge.
To be considered for this you will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a technical field.
- Proven experience and strong knowledge of offshore wind component installation and transportation. Practical offshore experience would be desirable.
- Strong affinity for data analysis and simulation. Experience with logistics and weather simulation software is also desirable.
- Willingness to visit our execution projects around the world several times a year.
- You will be able to take on challenges and find solutions, be an active team player with excellent communication skills
