The PET Process Leader is responsible for the compliant packaging process operation within the PET, to defined process and operational standards. They drive continuous improvement in daily activity.
The PET Process Leader manages the process operation to produce quality product and is responsible for the performance of processes in terms of adherence to plan, operational standards, cost, asset, cGMP and safety.
The Process Leader is an active member of the PET Extended Leadership Team and manages a team.. They are capable leaders and coaches. They manage performance & development of both the team and individuals.

Desirable
- Degree level or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years line management experience within manufacturing.
- Understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Experienced within unionised environment.
Essential
- Can coach and embed Lean Manufacturing Principles.
- Knowledge and application of SHE principles.
- Experience of FDA / cGMP or other regulated quality system.
- Experience in formulation, filling, packaging, validation, and technology transfer or change control.
