Due to growth of the Beal Group an opportunity within a new department responsible for tentage manufacturing has arisen. This Production Manager position would be responsible for maintaining a start up department responsible for 15-20 members of the team.
The salary for this Production Manager position ranges from £35k to £37k depending on experience.
Requirements for the Production Manager
Candidate should have production management preferably in light manufacturing, fast moving consumer goods or textiles experience; (textile experience would be preferred but not essential).
The individual should have a high attention to detail, be able to multi task and be familiar with best practice and compliance and good knowledge of 5S (housekeeping standards need to be maintained at the highest level).
