Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time - Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm / 5pm finish on Fridays!
Salary: £c35K per annum (negotiable, depending on experience)

About Our Client:
Our client, a market leader in their field, are specialists within the manufacturing industry. They are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Manager to join their friendly team in Kent. With a focus on delivering high-quality products to their customers, our client offers a supportive and positive working environment.
Responsibilities:
As the Production Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring performance and ensuring productivity
- Providing guidance and support to the production and office team
- Developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Conducting regular meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Providing daily/weekly financial and productivity reports to the Business Manager
- Managing and developing production schedules to meet customer deadlines
- Determining material, equipment, and labour requirements
- Ordering consumables and resolving production issues
- Assisting and managing customer requirements
- Managing a small team of production specialists
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ambitious and eager to learn
- Enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude
- Self-motivated and works well in a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good attention to detail and organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience within Manufacturing / Print / Packaging / Supply Chain would be ideal
- Ability to work efficiently to deadlines and manage time accordingly
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Technologies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, printing machinery experience is desirable but not essential as this can be trained in situ.
