Production Manufacturing Engineer

Resolute Recruitment are currently hiring for our most outstanding client based in Coventry. Our client is a Coventry based SME in the manufacturing industry, which provides engineering services and products in the aerospace, medical, manufacturing, automotive and hotel industry.
Production/Manufacturing Engineer - The role:
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Liasing with other engineers to develop plans that improve production costs and labour required.
- Diagnosing problems within the production proccess and providing recommendations and training.
- Identifying, documenting and reporting unsafe practices.
- Scheduling meeting with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Obtaining any materials and equiptment required.
- Health and safety - PPE, Risk Assessment, 5S, Lean engineering and house-keeping.
Production/Manufacturing Engineer - The hours:
- 40 hours per week.
Production/Manufaturing Engineer - The salary:
- £30,000.
Production/Manufacturing Engineer:
- Degree or graduate in engineering with some experience.
- Proficiency with MS office.
- Strong anayltical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proven track record of implementing quality practices.
- Change management experience (advantageous).
