Salary:£25,350

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-1:00pm

What do our Production Operatives actually do?

· Responsible for the assembly or packing of EnviroVent products to agreed targets and quality standards.

· Ensure component supply by monitoring the use of stock and advising Team Leaders/Line Feeder of shortages.

· Carry out quality control checks on products.

· Inspect equipment & tooling to identify any malfunctions that require repairs replacement, as well as informing the Team Leader of issues identified immediately.

· Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

· Identify and report unsafe operations to Team Leader immediately.

· Maintain the work area to ensure it is clean, safe and organised.
