Production Operative - Main Responsibilities:

• operate equipment to specified standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring quality is maintained at all times
• work within a process of continuous improvement
• monitor production processes, making adjustments or troubleshoot issues to maintain product quality and minimise downtime
• collaborate with the Production Supervisor and Production Manager to meet production targets and deadlines
• report any faults and inform QC of issues noted during production work, to ensure maximum efficiency and QC Compliance
• follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
• maintain a tidy working environment
• work as part of a team with a flexible approach to ensure that all production needs are met. This includes a willingness to train and to train others and rotate roles within the department
