Berry Recruitment are looking for Production Operatives within Automotive sector!
We have the perfect opportunity for a career and experience in an automotive industry. Working for a Tier 1 automotive company.
37 hours per week Monday to Friday plus occasional overtime during the week or weekends. You will be on a temporary contract on an ongoing basis, with the potential of becoming permanent over time.
Your role will involve the production of car parts, feeding the machines, and carrying out quality checks before the car parts are shipped out.
Ideally we are looking for candidates who have experience in a warehouse environment, or a similar role but as stated this is not essential as we also accept people from other industries with transferable skills. You will receive full training and coaching in this role and learn all aspects of the warehouse environment.
Please note that if you live further away (e.g Swansea / Neath)
It is vital that you have your own transport or live close enough to walk or cycle in, as due to location Public transport isn’t available.
Shifts are rotational with a week of each:
- Morning shift – 6am to 2pm,
- Afternoon shift 2pm-10pm,
- Night shift - 10pm to 6am.
- Fridays you will finish early as you will be working a 5 hour shift.
- There are sometimes day shifts available aswell which is 6.55am-3pm

Pay rates:
- Day Shift Rate £10.52
- Morning shift £11.57
- Afternoon shift £11.57
- Night shift £13.36
- Saturday overtime pay rate is £15.78
- Sunday overtime pay rate is £21.04
Once employed there will be:
- £60 for attending our induction!
- £100 Starting Bonus
