Rotational Days - Monday to Friday - 2 shift rotation (6:00am to 14:00pm and 14:00pm to 22:00pm)
Nights - Monday to Friday (10pm to 6:00am)
You will work alongside a hardworking friendly team who strive for success! Full training will be provided, alongside our in depth induction programme.
There are plenty of growth and skill development opportunities. Our machine operators once successfully trained, move to grade 2 (normally at around 6 months) where your salary would increase to £24,024.14 per annum and night operators to £26,365.98 per annum. From here you can progress to grade 3 and Team Leader roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Producing the required product to our high standards
- Attention to detail when data inputting
- Maintaining a clean production environment
- To ensure that the production lines operate efficiently
- Comply with food safety standards, quality, and legality always.
What we are looking for:
- Good literacy, numeracy skills
- A reliable, enthusiastic team player.
- Good communication skills and an open, honest approach.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage individual workload.
- Display a positive work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Attention to detail, and flexible in duties.
- A proven attendance and timekeeping record.
- Desirable previous experience gained in a factory environment. However, further training will be provided
