Source Solutions are working with a trusted and reputable employer in Portsmouth, to identify a committed individual with experience in an assembly/manufacturing environment and an excellent eye for detail, to join them on a 12 month fixed-term contract in their main site in Portsmouth.
The role is hand-assembly oriented and is working with small electronic components and so experience in working with similar would be advantageous however, the company will provide product-specific training to the successful applicant and you will gain experience in a highly technical environment.
You will also inspect completed work, working in a team to set targets in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience of manufacturing environment and Hand Assembly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn and an adaptable approach to work
- Ideally – some experience in small electronics
