The Jobs You’ll Do
- Daily meetings with the Team Leader or Supervisor to discuss workload.
- Following basic engineering drawing and diagrams
- To help prioritise workloads within the Department / designated area.
- To carry out picking and packing duties when required, as set by the Team Leader.
- To maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times;
- Operation of machinery including presses
- General housekeeping duties such as keeping your work station tidy.
- Operation of nail guns for securing products in place
- Use of hand tools, power tools and drills for securing components together
- Completing quality inspections, checking for damaged and defected products
- Assembly of products with a variety of hand tools
- Overviewing machinery and making settings changes where required
- Heavy lifting throughout the role
About You;
- A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
- Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
- Will ideally have experience using hand tools
