There aren't many companies locally who do what we do, and you might not have heard of us, but our reputation in our industry is very good indeed.
Production Operative jobs don't come up here very often. Our staff are happy, pay rates are good and the facilities are modern, clean and tidy. Most people have been with us for a long time so if you want an interesting job with job security grab this opportunity to join us whilst it's available!
We work with small companies just starting out with a brand new product, like those you might see on the Dragon's Den TV show. We also work with larger household name companies like car manufacturers or garden power tool makers who are looking to design a new product line or improve on a current product. The innovations we see are endless and it's great to be at the very forefront of exciting design projects, making a difference to the world of new product design and manufacture.
As a Production Operative with us, you will be working for one of the nicest companies in the area with smart, clean facilities, free parking and a warm welcome as you join a small team of friendly people. We have recently invested in brand new facilities too, making your break times comfortable, with modern equipment, new (free!) tea and coffee machines plus all the up to date amenities you need.

You will be filling a mould with a liquid plastic-type substance, passing the mould through a hardening process, then cutting away the mould using specialist tooling.
