Salary Mploy are seeking a temporary to permanent Production Operative to work for a Cheese production company near Chard.
The work is production in nature, and is physically demanding. You will be supplying the production machinery with empty moulds, ensuring machinery and equipment is clean, monitoring processes, turning cheese by hand, and doing product transfer to other factory areas. Hours of work are confirmed on a weekly basis so there an element of flexibility is required on start and finish times.
The role offers a pay rate of £11.80 ph plus overtime after 40 hours at £17.70 per hour
Full training is provided, but anyone who has previous basic food safety and/or HACCP training will be prioritised.
