```Duties```
- Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Measure and mix ingredients, roll dough, shape pastries, and decorate baked goods
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and pastry tools
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during food preparation and storage
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate pastry production with overall menu offerings
- Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and notify supervisor of any shortages or discrepancies
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and principles of baking and pastry production
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in pastry preparation
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality pastries
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
Skills:
- Cooking skills: Ability to cook a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Food safety: Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
