My client is an established company that specialises in producing made to measure bespoke products that are used in the Manufacturing sector. They are seeking a Production Progress Coordinator to join their existing team to expedite the flow of all work and materials within departments.

Production Progress Coordinator Responsibilities;

• Work closely with the logistics team co-ordinating the management of incoming materials
• Work closely with the MRP Team to ensure that site inventory levels are suitably maintained
• Ensure that all materials are monitored and that stock is up to date
• Update and maintain the MRP system
• Assist the Production Planner when necessary
• Provide technical support when required

Production Progress Coordinator Requirements;

• Experienced in updating ERP systems would be advantageous
• Previous experience in a Production Planner position or a Materials Planning position is essential
• Previous experience working within a technical manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• A good understanding of technical production processes would be beneficial
