Our client operates on a global scale and are looking for a Production & Quality Control Operative to join their team due to continued business growth.
Benefits:
- Salary - 29,000 per annum
- 28 Days holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)
- Location - Northampton
- Annual bonus based on company performance (Previous years has been circa 2000)

- 40hrs per week and paid breaks - Day shifts

Role and responsibilities:
- Complete the production process on a range of products.
- General maintenance of plant equipment.
- Stock control.
- Quality control throughout the production process.
- Complete Quality Control within a laboratory environment.
- Operate the Forklift (Counterbalance / Reach)
- Complete inbound & outbound inspections.
- Ensure the company database is up to date.
Required skills & experience:
- Previous experience within a production environment.
- Knowledge of production procedures.
- Computer literate.
- Previous Quality Control experience.
- (Preferred) Forklift Licence
- Meticulous attention to detail.
