Production Readiness Engineer

We are seeking a Production Readiness Engineer to join one of our globally renowned Clients on a permanent basis in Heathrow!

About the role:

It will be your responsibility to technical assess deferred defects and additional unplanned work as part of an integrated production planning team supporting the creation of a maintenance plan that not only delivers compliance, but also reduces the number of deferred defects across the fleet. This is a key front-line operational role, interfacing with key stakeholder groups across Engineering. A fast-paced role on shift, where resilience, ability to prioritise, technical awareness and an ability to solve problems are key capabilities for any potential candidate.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a team player with good communication skills, the ability to cope under pressure and assimilate multiple information feeds to create a clear plan. Key skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, accuracy and good computer literacy are a must.

Requirements:

Aircraft engineering experience/knowledge is essential for this role, and an understanding of aviation regulations would be desirable.
