Duties will include:
- Planning, organising and leading production and testing of cable systems.
- Responsible for the assembly facility
- Leading the production team to efficiently assemble superconducting cables for both in-house and third-party testing.
- Quality conformance of the assembled cables.
- Proven experience of supervising a production team.
- Certification or qualification in Engineering, Management or a relevant field.
- Hands on experience in installation and maintenance of equipment.
- Great coordination skills
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills.
