They are going through considerable growth at the minute and now have the need for a Production Supervisor. With this being a small to medium sized local business, there is a real family business feeling with everyone pulling together to get projects complete. About your next role As part of the continued growth within the business, our client now has a need for a Production Supervisor. They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role. It’s a great time to get in with the company as it steadily grows.
About you
- 3 years’ experience in a Production Supervisory role
- Health & safety experience including completion of audits, monitoring of corrective actions and delivering toolbox talks
- People management experience
- ISO9001 standard experience
- 3rd level qualification (Desirable)
- Lean manufacturing qualification (Desirable)
- ILM qualification (Desirable)
What you’ll do
- Management of all production activities across the business
- Keep track of production schedules and ensure they are being followed
- Organising all levels of production
- Support the team and be part of all aspects of operations
- Conduct daily line side meetings
- Quality control
