Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading supplier of construction products for the recruitment of a Production Supervisor. Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for ensuring your team achieve all KPI's set out.

Your new role as Production Supervisor

• Lead and support your team across all operations
• Ensure quality control standards are adhered to at all times
• Carry out plant checks, reporting any H&S issues
• Use lean manufacturing techniques to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure stock levels and spare parts are maintained
• Stock control and audits
• Ensure production schedules are adhered to and any issues identified
• Plan maintenance, and co-ordinate machine down time and machine repairs
• Responsible for issue and enforcement of PPE requirements
• Monitoring of employee performance including attendance, timekeeping and holiday management

What you'll need

• 5 years experience of supervising in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in routine and preventative maintenance programmes
• Experience of quality control
