We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Production Supervisor/Team Leader to contribute to the growth of our clients business.

We are looking to recruit a forward-thinking and determined Production Supervisor to manage a busy production line. Preferable experience working within the food and beverage industry with production and quality experience. Familiarity with working under BRC guidelines and procedures, knowledge of production planning and production processes. In charge of staff appraisals, SOP creation, training, return to work interviews, and general management duties. Working alongside the Managing Director, you will be expected to hit the ground running and help the business prepare for our upcoming audits and busy production schedule.
This role demands leadership and involvement in the day-to-day production activities. The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

- Be comfortable mucking in and have a 'can do' approach
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs and comfortable learning a bespoke warehouse management system
- Good written, numerical and verbal skills
Desired experience:
- A minimum of 1 years Production Supervisory experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience within an FMCG environment
- Previous experience within the food and drink industry desired
- Full Driving Licence
