Production Supervisor

Working with the Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning and co-ordinating your production group to achieve agreed targets, both in output, shipments and quality in line with the highest quality and safety and environmental standards. Effective people management is key to this role and you should enjoy working with people to get the best out of them through engagement and good communication. .

Educated to A level standard or equivalent

A minimum of 2 years experience in a Supervisory role

Able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Have strong organisation and people management skills

Competent in use of Microsoft office

Degree / HND in a Business / Engineering / Manufacturing related discipline

Experience in a supervisory capacity in manufacturing

Hold a professional qualification in a relevant discipline such as supervisory / management studies
