Production Supervisor

Working with theProduction Manager, you will be responsible for planning and co-ordinatingyourproduction group to achieve agreed targets, both in output, shipments andquality in line with the highest quality and safety and environmental standards. Effective people management is key to thisrole and you should enjoy working with people to get the best out of themthrough engagement and good communication.

Yous may be looking for a new challengeor keen to take the first step into production management. Either way you need to be a self-starter and keento make a difference and own the role. You will need to be:-

·Educated to A level standard or equivalent with a minimum of 2years’ experience in a Supervisory role

·Able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience in amanufacturing environment

·Have strong organisation and people management skills

·Competent in use of Microsoft office

·Degree / HND in a Business / Engineering/ Manufacturing related discipline

·Experiencein a supervisory capacity in manufacturing

·Hold aprofessional qualification in a relevant discipline such as supervisory / managementstudies
