Pertemps Birmingham Industrial are exclusively representing a well-established manufacturing business in North Birmingham. Working closely with the production team on the shop floor the Production and Supply Chain Controller will manage the production and Supply Chain material flow in their modern manufacturing plant.
Reporting to the Production Manager your duties will include:
" Manage the Supply Chain of electrical, mechanical components and products
" Work closely with the manufacturing and production teams ensuring all areas are supported and enough stock is available at all times
" Responsible for the goods in and out process managing the logistics at all time
" Monitoring supplier performance
" Responsible for the management of the ERP systems and use of Excel
The ideal Production and Supply Chain Controller will have experience in a manufacturing or production environment who is able to communicate at all levels. Being organised and managing Supply Chain processes will be vital in the success in this role.
Salary £28,000 per annum + benefits working Monday to Thursday - 07:30am - 16:00pm Friday 07:30am - 13:30pm.
