We are looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to join our team. As our Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising, leading, rewarding, and motivating a small team.

About the Role
As a Team Leader in our production department, you will have responsibility for the following:
- The day-to-day team operation and performance against the production plan
- Setting clear team goals your team
- Delegating tasks and setting deadlines
- Complete monthly performance evaluation - 1 to 1 Job chats, ongoing performance reviews, disciplinaries
- Control Team administration - Sickness, RTW, Holidays
- Monitor team performance and make improvement suggestions
- Development of SOP's & competency assessment
- Focus on process and system improvement; working cross functionally with other departments to identify efficiencies or improved methods of work and ability to drive implementation of those processes
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience as a Team Leader or similar leadership role
- IOSH Managing safely (Desirable)
- Experience of modern manufacturing methodologies (Desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your own performance and its impact on the
- company's success
- Strong housekeeping skills and knowledge
- Problem solving skills
Salary: Competitive rates of pay. Negotiable depending on level of experience. This role is full time working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day Monday - Friday, Day time shift.
