Monday-Friday (3 Shift working pattern including nights)

The company:

You will be joining a leading manufacturer of clean fuel solutions who works in several industries, such as Oil & Gas, Automotive, Motorsport and more.

Due to their continued expansion, they are recruiting a Production Team Leader to join a small but well-rounded team in the production of advanced & clean fuel. If you are from a chemical processing or advanced manufacturing background and have experience in the use of manual machinery and working to quality standards, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities and Duties of the Production Team Leader:

• Lead Production Team to achieve daily and weekly production goals.
• Manage equipment and machinery.
• Complete relevant documentation for completed tasks.
• Maintain health and safety/Housekeeping standards.
• Carry out quality checks of completed work.

Skills and Experience needed:

• Experience in a team lead/supervisor role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience within the Chemical processing industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to complete task documentation to correct standards.
• Able to work a variety of shift pattens including nights.
• Motivated and able to motivate others to achieve production goals.
