Role Overview – Production Team Leader
My client is a leading global FMCG corporation who specialise in mass producing food products to global fast-food companies. They are looking for a Production Team Leader to join their team at their new Stonehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities – Production Team Leader
- Lead team efforts in meeting or exceeding goals in Productivity, Raw Material Usage, Safety, Customer Complaints, and Service.
- Work alongside Team Leader to identify and communicate the customer requirements.
- Develop PCP’s to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Participate in the training and development of the shopfloor team.
- Lead Production Team to meet or exceeding goals in Productivity, Raw Material Usage, Safety, Customer Complaints, and Service.
- Be knowledgeable of various government regulations that must be complied to.
- Through the use of problem-solving methods, corrective action tracking, and other quality tools identify and make process improvements.
- Scheduling customer orders in a timely manner.
- Administer various company, plant or department processes in certification programs, pay systems, assessment/feedback processes, etc.
- Review and make appropriate changes to the standard cost system.
- Track and maintain control of variable and fixed budgets.
Key Experience & Requirements – Production Team Leader
- Experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment.
- Ability to adapt and multi-task.
- Have a personal drive to achieve.
- Able to work effectively as a leader and in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
